Express Money Exchange

 

  • Transfers to Iran

  

All transfers that accompany required documentation have to be settled in our account first before being processed. Then the transfer will be processed the next two business days of Iran and the money gets transferred to your account usually by 5pm of Iran.

 

Minumum transfer amount for sending money from Australia to Iran through Express Exchange online system is currently $2000.

 

Transfers below $2000 can be done in cash at Express branches in Melbourne & Adelaide. All transfers below $2000 will incur a 20 dollar service fee. For transfers more than $2000 there are no service fees.

 

  • Transfers to Australia

 

All transfers that accompany required documentation and the funds have been settled will be processed based on below timeline:

1 business day in Australia for amounts less than 10,000 AUD

2 business days in Australia for amounts less than 30,000 AUD

3 business days in Australia for amounts less than 60,000 AUD

4 business days in Australia for amounts less than 100,000 AUD

 

All transfers below $2000 will incur a 20 dollar service fee. For transfers more than $2000 there are no service fees.

 

  • General Requirements for All transactions

 

  •      Our criterion for determining the rate is the rate on our website at the time when the customer has transferred the agreed amount to our account, unless a different arrangement is made between the customer and us through telephone or email. The exact time is determined by the transfer receipt (screenshot is sufficient) which the customer is asked to send us.

 

  • For all personal transactions the following are required:

 

For person in Australia: Clear Color Scan of a 'Certified' photo ID showing your latest address. We also need full contact details for the recipient.

For person in Iran: Contact details of the recipient such as full name, address and contact number.

As part of our commitment to Anti Money Laundry guide lines we also require latest utility bill or a bank statement, for all transfers above $5,000 (whether it’s a stand alone transfer or accumulative).

Please do not forget to send us your payment receipt.

 

  • For all corporate transactions, the following are required:

 

For a company in Australia: Clear Color Scan of a 'Certified' photo ID showing the CEO of the company’s latest address alongside an ASIC ABN/ACN extract. We also need full contact details of the person in charge of the company’s financial dealings.

For a company in Iran: Contact details of the recipient such as full name, address and contact number.

As part of our commitment to Anti Money Laundry guide lines we also require latest utility bill or a bank statement, for all transfers above $5,000 (whether it’s a stand alone transfer or accumulative).

  • If the customer asks for a refund, 10% of the total amount will be reduced.

  • The sender is required to declare the detailed specifications of the recipient (the beneficiary). Obviously, in the case of any mistakes in the specifications or lack of them, the sender will be responsible for all the possible consequences.

  • Transactions are considered successful by default, unless the sender claims to the contrary within a week after the payment has been sent.

  • Payment is made only to the person specified by the sender, whom we consider as the beneficiary.

  • In the case of request for annulment, errors in Transaction requests, or any payment order which has been returned with no success, refunds will only be paid in the banking rate of the day, after the confirmation is received from our business partners (banks or brokers) that the payment has not been made.

  • The company is not to be held accountable for any delays, inaccuracies, or omissions that occur during the transfer process, and our responsibility is limited to correction (of the mistake) in the shortest time possible after being notified. Obviously, if the customer is responsible for the mistake, he/she is to pay for all the tracking and reformation costs.

  • The currency exchange is free to choose the service of any intermediary bank/financial institution in any country it sees fit.

  • The transfer is subject to the laws of financial transactions of Iran and any intermediary country and will be ceased if any uncertainties arise. The sender and the beneficiary (recipient) are fully responsible in providing the necessary documents that prove the validity and legitimacy of the payments, and the documents will affect the payment or the refund. In such cases, the currency exchange is not to be held accountable.

  • As for online purchases, it must be noted that we are only responsible for making the payment, and it is on you to make sure of the credibility of the recipient or the dealer before making the payment. The sender is responsible for all possible consequences and the company holds no responsibility for returning the made payment.

  • Payment for membership in unethical websites or websites whose validity is not approved by our experts is not possible, and the purchaser is responsible for all possible damages that may result from the above-mentioned websites.

  • The sender is required to review the terms and conditions of the dealer/recipient before making the payment. The company is only responsible of making the payment, and is not to be held accountable for refund or returning the payment. In the case of a refund, all the fees and charges will be deducted.

  • The sender is required to send the full details of the sender and the recipient to the company before transferring the money (bank funds, online currencies such as PayPal, etc.), or at least within 24 hours after the transfer. Otherwise, the amount received will be refunded within 24 hours after the aforementioned deadline.

  • All the payments made by PayPal will be checked out in two to three working days.

  • All the received information and specifications will be reviewed manually, and the payment will not be made if the specifications are not confirmed by the company.

  • The company has full authority to accept or reject all requests.

  • In case of insulting Express Money Exchange personnel, the company is reserving its right to detract $20-50 of the money as penalty.
